¶ Short Description
The counter consists of a base with an engraved inscription reading either "gelesene Bücher" (read books) or "read books".
It comes with a set of 8 dice/cubes:
- 4 small dice (number range: 0–4 + icon)
- 4 large dice (number range: 5–9 + icon)
A total of 4 dice can be placed on the base at once.

¶ Description
The Etsy listing by user KnitAndPrintbyTia reproduces key design elements from my original "gelesene Bücher Counter" (read books counter) published on Makerworld on 07.12.2024, or directly uses my original design.
The copied elements include:
- The exact same number font ("Joshico", licensed via Canva Pro)
- The same layout and proportions on the cubes (30×30×30 mm)
- The same stylized book icon with a heart used on the cubes
- Identical arrangement of digits and symbols across multiple dice
These elements are part of a protected work under the Makerworld Standard License, which prohibits any redistribution or commercial use of derivatives without permission.
The visual similarities, especially the font and icon, demonstrate a clear case of unauthorized derivative use.
I can prove authorship through the original Makerworld publication, dated files, and STL source files.
